PROJECT MANAGEMENT

iNITIAL PHASE
  • Produce initial brief, budget, service requirements and key milestones
  • Identify, manage and mitigate all potential risks
  • Engage the necessary supply chain through our Partnership network
pre-contract
  • Prepare your Design intent and the best procurement strategy for you
  • Ensure your statutory obligations and regulations are adhered to
  • Consolidate a robust pricing, design and contract pack
  • Analyse returned submissions and execute contracts with the appointed contractor
BUILD
  • Act as the Contract Administrator issuing all Project administration on your behalf
  • Monitor and oversee all construction work in line with defined quality expectations
  • Apply change control procedures authorising any deviation from the original contract
  • Drive construction progress in accordance with the timeline to Practical Completion
  • Issue all necessary contractual certificates and manage the contractor handover process
