About MATT

Matt is a Senior Director at COREP and Head of our Central London Tenant Representation team. 

Having previously been Head of JLL’s South East Representation team – a Fortune 500 Company – Matt specialises in delivering projects in Central London and was a founding member of COREP with the sol aim of ensuring tenants receive impartial advice free of conflict. 

Matt will be responsible for strategic direction, co-ordination and all Tenant Representation services required to ensure the most appropriate space is secured for Energean in a timely fashion.

  • Advising the Government (Home Office) on a 320,000 sq ft pre-let to consolidate 5,000 staff into Ruskin Square, London; a ‘top 5’ UK transaction over the past 10 years.
  • Advising Superbet, Yuanda, Verifone, Veeva, WithSecure, ATP Media, ERCE, Medidata, Navico, TikTok, Metapraxis, Primetals, Oddschecker, Funko and Electronic Arts on their property requirements in Central London.
  • Account manager for Verifone, providing global transaction management services for 98 sites across the globe, totalling 1,000,000 sq ft.
  • Advising Technip, Allianz, Santander and Xero on various office consolidation/relocation projects in the South East.
  • Advising Sportradar, Westcon and South Pole on various transaction projects across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
  • Advising AstraZeneca on a major office acquisition of 50,000 sq ft in Cambridge.
  • Advising Stanley Black & Decker on a 50,000 sq ft relocation within West London.
